How do I access it?

Click here to download the app

Patients can self-refer from their GP practice website, get access by scanning one of the QR codes on posters and leaflets distributed across the area, or they can be signposted by their GP.

Use your email to create an account on the app. Then follow the instructions on the app, get your recovery plan and get better.

The app is not designed to replace the care and advice people with joint and muscle injuries and conditions get from their GP practice and medical specialists, but to complement the care they already receive.
