Have your say on developing social prescribing support in Leeds
Your experiences can help shape and improve support services for everyone in Leeds.
Brief description of the project
This is an opportunity for people who have used, or are using, social prescribing services in Leeds (and their family members or carers) to feed into new development plans for the service.
A new contract for the Linking Leeds social prescribing service will begin from April 2025, and we want to work, together with staff and with people who’ve used the service, to use learning from the past five years to keep improving and developing the service.
We are running a survey to capture people’s feedback.
Who will we speak to?
We are keen to hear from people who have used, or are using, the Linking Leeds social prescribing service, and their family members or carers.
What and how will we ask?
We will ask people about their experiences of accessing the service, what worked well and what might have been improved.
We will use an online survey, with paper copies and other formats available where requested.

What will we do?
Once the survey has closed, we will summarise the findings in a short report. The report will feed into the development plans for the service from April 2025 onwards. We will add more information to this page to describe how people’s feedback has influenced the redesign of the service.
How can you help?
We can’t improve local services without your help. Please share the link to the survey with your friends, contacts and networks. Thank you!
