Pip Goff
Role: Partner Member – Third Sector
In her role as Volition Director, Pip sets the strategic direction for Forum Central in partnership with Leeds Older People’s Forum. Forum Central collectively represents and advocates on behalf of the health and care voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector in Leeds. This is undertaken through involvement and influence in a wide range of decision making spaces, meetings and boards.
Pip is the Third Sector Place Lead for Leeds for WY Power of Communities, the Leeds Partnership Leadership Team, and plays an active role on Third Sector Partnership and Third Sector Leeds, working closely with VCSE infrastructure partners locally and regionally.
Pip is committed to addressing health inequalities; building and developing relationships and asset-based approaches. She has extensive experience of partnership working, system change and third sector innovation, as well as a strong understanding of commissioning, funding, health outcomes and social value. She has worked in NHS services and the local authority as well as frontline third sector settings in both Bradford and Leeds, having originally trained as an Occupational Therapist.
Pip is also chair of the Old Fire Station Gipton Board and member of the Poverty Truth Commission.
