Jonathan Phillips

Role: Healthwatch Representative

Jonathan’s background is in social care. He worked in social services with both adults and children before moving to the National Deaf Children’s Society. Following many years as a regulator, his final job before retirement was as a Director of Adult Social Care. Following retirement, Jonathan chaired the Leeds Safeguarding Adults Boards and joined Healthwatch Leeds as a volunteer in 2018. He is now co-chair of Healthwatch Leeds, sharing the role with Dr Jane Mischenko.
