How Are You Doing, Leeds? Survey

Things have been particularly tough for lots of us over the past few years, for example with the COVID outbreak, increasing financial pressures and recent international events. Leeds Health and Care Partnership is running a survey to find out how people living in our communities are doing.

Getting these views will help us to:

  • make changes to the services we provide
  • improve the way we meet people’s needs, and
  • make Leeds a better place to live.

The survey does not ask for names or any personal contact details. However, it does ask for some personal information, such as:

  • age
  • gender identity
  • employment status, and
  • postcode – this is so that we can identify areas where there may be greater needs for particular services. Respondents do not need to provide the full code.

Nobody will be able to identify respondents from the information provided, which will not be shared with anybody unless they are directly involved in the work around this survey.

For support with filling in the questionnaire, please phone Healthwatch Leeds on 0113 898 0035 or 07717 309 843 on Textphone.

If you have any questions about this survey, please email [email protected] or call 0113 843 5470.

Leeds Health and Care Partnership encourages responses from health and care professionals, and anyone working in the partnership. To fill in the questionnaire, visit:
